My focus is to ensure each session brings you closer to your therapeutic goals. Every appointment is fully personalized — I draw from my full range of techniques based on what your body needs that day, and every treatment is included in your session at no additional cost. The only exception is Red Light Therapy, which is available as an add-on.

Paola Mancera, RMT
Registered massage therapist based in Airdrie, Alberta with over 10 years of hands-on experience helping clients find real relief from chronic tension, pain, and stress.
I started my career in massage therapy in 2010 at Makami College's Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy program, and after graduation I spent years refining my approach working alongside physiotherapists and rehabilitation specialists across multiple clinics.
Over the past decade I've developed a treatment style that blends deep tissue techniques with targeted decompression work — designed not just to relax you on the table, but to address the specific areas where you're holding pain and tension.
The centerpiece of my practice is something you won't find anywhere else in Canada: I'm currently the only RMT offering TuxenMethod Vacuum & Decompression Therapy. It's a soft-tissue treatment system developed in Denmark that takes the principles behind traditional cupping and brings them into a clinical, controlled setting — with a wider range of applications and more consistent results. Combined with deep tissue massage, it's one of the most effective ways I've found to get clients lasting relief.
